19th C Large Napoleon III Rectangular Mirror
Introducing a majestic French Rectangular Mirror, styled in the Napoleon III fashion, dating back to around 1890. Its frame elegantly combines shades of black and gold with subtlety and grace.
Discovering an antique Napoleon III mirror of this size and shape is a rare gem indeed. The mirror glass itself boasts a touch of character, adorned with charming spots, as depicted in the accompanying pictures. This mirror retains its original mirror plate, preserving its historical authenticity. The back cladding was in a poor condition and is replaced.
While minor nicks, chips, and cracks consistent with its age can be observed upon close inspection, they contribute to the mirror's authentic character.

Please keep in mind that in many cases we sell vintage and antique pieces. None of these pieces should be considered new or in perfect condition.
All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use. We restore our pieces so they will be clean and in a good working condition. However we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.

The physical object can differ slightly in colour from the object as presented online. We have made every effort to display colours accurately, but cannot guarantee that the pictures accurately reflect the colour of those goods in real life.
