Refund policy

Before placing the order, please make sure that you have a clear view on what you are buying. If you have any doubts about the item, feel free to ask us for more pictures or information.

Please note that some items are sold “as is” and they cannot be returned. This information will be specified with the product.

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, except for any sale "as-is". All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. To begin a return, please contact info@wildschut-antiques.com

Once items are received by Wildschut Antiques, refunds are credited to the original form of payment. This is typically received within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is received damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition. Delivery charges are not refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts.

All, fine art, vintage and antique "as-is" items are considered final sale and ineligible for return. All custom, made to order items are also ineligible for return or cancellation.

We advise using sufficient care and materials to ensure your returned item arrives undamaged and in its original condition. We do not assume responsibility for returned items that arrive damaged or reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an item arrives broken or the incorrect item is received, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

If for some reason there is damage or defects to your item, caused by shipping, please notify us immediately. Damage claims on shipped items must be made in general within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours unfortunately. So please inspect your item as soon as possible!

What to do with damage?

1. Keep the packaging!
2. Send us pictures of both the packaging and the damage.
3. We will contact the transport company and they will contact the insurance company.
