1940s French Vintage Mobylette by Favor, type Le Poulin

Sale price€1.580,00

Offering a glimpse into the past, with this Vintage French Mobylette model, or  'cyclomoteur' by Favor - type Le Poulin, meaning the foal.

Produced from 1946, it's a bicycle with a petite auxiliary motor. Favor, the French manufacturer based in Chamalières, operated from 1898 to 1977, crafting motorcycles, mopeds, and cycles. Favor was founded in 1898 by Étienne Guillaume.

This 'cyclomoteur' exudes an authentic patina, a testament to its age. While the engine has been dormant, the pistons show movement. Though its running condition is uncertain, its loose engine presents an enticing project for vintage motorcycle enthusiasts, offering both historical allure and a touch of whimsy.

Motor is signed with the number: 78832.

A great and fun project for every early motorcycle lover.

This mobylette is sold 'as is': as a decorative piece with all the original mechanisms but not guaranteed to be in working order.
