SHIPPING – GENERAL
We’re happy to help you by arranging the shipment of our products abroad. Please contact us to receive detailed information about our shipping policies. As we are dealing with a lot of unique items, we will consider for each product which shipping method is best. For the United States shipping takes approximately one week, depending on how large the item is.
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. Wildschut is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.

Please note:

  •  We shall act with the greatest possible care in processing orders for articles. Articles shall be delivered to the address given by you.
  • We shall dispatch accepted orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received.
  • The indicated delivery terms is approximate only and there is no right compensation if actual delivery takes longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – DUTIES AND FEES
Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping. As a business we are obligated to declare all items as merchandise. We are not able to mark items as “gift”.

SHIPPING – NOTIFICATIONS
When shipping labels are prepared online and printed, customers will receive notification via email. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number.
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Wildschut is no longer liable. If you would like to include insurance on an order, please contact us directly.

SHIPPING – INCORRECT / INSUFFICIENT / MISDIRECTED ADDRESS / ORDER CANCELLATION
If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately with no problem. If your order has already been shipped, we must wait until delivery is attempted and then returned back to us before we can change the address or provide you with a refund – please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will incur for reshipment. If your order has already been shipped, we can contact the carrier to reroute to the correct address – please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional charges will incur for rerouting. In the case where a package is refused and shipped back to us, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Paypal and bank transfers as well.

VINTAGE & CUSTOM ITEMS
All items are purchased as seen online. Any age and wear is part of the product qualities, and charm. It’s after all what makes them beautifully odd & unique.
All sales on vintage and custom items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items). We describe all vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible, If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.

Please note:

  • The prices quoted on the site are exclusive of delivery costs.
  • Most of our articles are vintage and in most cases one of a kind.
  • We update our site as often as possible, however all articles are sold on a first come, first served basis and it is possible for something to be sold and not indicated as so.
  • Most of the articles are second hand. This means the articles are used and can contain traces of use.
  • All of our articles are provided with an adequate description and photographs to enable you to have good judgment regarding these articles. The photographs serve as an example, the delivered articles can differ in colour and condition from the articles as shown on the site.

DAMAGES / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, caused by shipping, please notify us immediately.

OUT OF STOCK
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. Most of our items are unique pieces and can be sold in our shop in Amsterdam as well.
